Microstructure observation using transmission electron microscopy

• microstructure research using transmission electron microscopy with analysis of chemical composition in micro-areas (EDS technique) and electron diffraction analysis (phase identification, identification of crystal orientation, identification of crystallographic relationships between phases); preparation of thin film samples.
